This book beat me out of thousands of dollars. And yet they delay my withdrawals. How lame is this?
My visa and moneybookers deposits are accepted instantly.
This morning I make a withdrawal at 6am, two hours later the money isn’t in my moneybookers yet. So I contact a support rep who says that it takes ‘up to 24 hours’ to process a moneybookers withdrawal. I push him a little, saying my other book pays me the moment I push ‘withdrawal’ (which is true with Panbet, actually). Then he says that the money has been ‘sent out’ and is out of bet365’s control. I think to myself ‘this is bullshit’ but thank him and leave.
At 8pm (14 hours later) my withdrawal still hasn’t been processed. And this time their support rep tells me my account is being verified to be sure ‘where the money came from’. Well, it came from the same source that the previous several thousand dollars I lost to you, assholes.

I guess if their ToS states ‘within 24 hours’ I shouldn’t yell at them before 24 hours is up… But seriously, what other books do this? I would love your feedback on this.
It’s 10pm now. No sight of my $155 yet. Yep, it’s just a couple of hundred. It’s scary to think what excuses you’d get trying to withdraw $5000.
